In mid-October 2013,
an automotive industry investor from the United
States - P&C Group 1, Inc. (100% shares) started
its operations in Poland in Grójec. P&C's
headquarters are in Farmington Hills, USA. It
consists of Amvian, Camaco and LCAS. The Grójec
Plant began its operations with a 30-person
crew, it invests in modernization of current
machinery park and purchase of new machinery and
equipment, which increases production potential
and in perspective increase of employment.

P&C is a recognized
on the American and global market vehicle seat
structure manufacturer, a supplier, among
others, for such brands as GM, Ford, Daimler,
Chrysler, Faurecia, Johnson Controls, Peugeot,
Magna, Toyota Boshoku, Volkswagen, and others.
It has several branches: in the USA, Mexico,
Brazil, India, Germany and since October 2013
also in Poland.
